lotd ingredients:
there are three types: bought talismans, bought fragments & dropped fragments.
any bought talisman has an expiration timer on it, even when the tooltip doesn't reflect it.
so far neither bought fragments nor dropped fragments produced talismans which did expire, so we assume for the moment that they are indeed permanent.
lotd fragments do not allow any dust,essence or curio, they are combined with container and fragment only.
normal crit on those fragments is not possible, they have a good awesome crit chance though. awesome crit will produce roughly the same talisman, with a higher proc chance, and sometimes higher value procs, too.
